Soccer Ministry
International soccer teams are partnering with German churches to reach out to the surrounding community. The teams will conduct camps and clinics for the youth in the area, play friendly games against local club teams and help the church with evangelistic outreaches.
Athletes in Action Germany has soccer players from the United States, Ireland, France, Germany, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania and New Zealand to participate together to reach Germany for the gospel.
Schedule for Soccer Teams:
June 5-8: Orientation Conference
June 8-13: Teams will work with the first assigned church
June 13: Free Day
June 14-19: Teams will work with the second assigned church
June 19-21: Debriefing Conference
Teams Participating:
- Wheaton College: The soccer team from Wheaton College, a school in Illinois, will work in Cologne.
- Chicago Eagles: A division of Missionary Athletes International, the Chicago Eagles will partner with two churches in the Stuttgart area.
- AIA Ireland: In past years, AIA Ireland has taken soccer to Russia, Albania, Moldova and throughout Africa. This year, AIA Ireland is serving in Leipzig for the first half and Frankfurt for the second half of their tour of Germany.
- AIA North America: Although this team is called AIA North America, it is truly an international team. There are players from New Zealand, Romania and Moldova, as well as a few from North America! This team will first go to Chemnitz to work with the Campus fuer Christus campus team and then travel to Berlin for the second part of the tour.
- AIA France: Sport et foi, Athletes in Action France, is coming to serve their European neighbors in Frankfurt.

I came from Thailand and I ‘m christian from Sathron Church. In my church I did soccer ministry with people around the church. Now I lived in Norman,Oklahoma for study and improve my english skill.
When I have saw and read your website, I interested. In my country I was a partime staff [for teaching a soccer skill and playing soccer] in Thailand Christian Sports Association.

Dear in Christ, I greet you in the most highly exalted name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God has privileged me to send this e-mail for your kind co-operation for the extension of the kingdom of God. If God inspires you please have your involvement in the way God enables you and strengthens your hand. Years are passing very quickly. We know that our dear Lord’s coming is very imminent. We are seeing the signs of His advent. But still there is still a lot of Gospel work to do. A number of precious souls are perishing before our eyes with out knowing Jesus. Our ambition is to reach every nook and comer and promote the Gospel to every perishing soul. In this regard I request you to have your involvement in the way that our Lord inspires you and enables you. You know that India is a country of idolatry and superstitions. Indians worship more than 35 million gods and goddesses. Out of one billion Indians only 2.4% are Christians. There have been endeavors to root our Christianity from India. We sense that in the coming days the doors for Gospel work in India will be closed Christianity will not be allowed. Before that happens we wish to do as much Gospel work as we can and save as many perishing souls as we can. In this regard I request you very humbly to have your partnership in the Gospel work in India. If it is possible for you please visit India to share the Gospel with our people, community activities and encourage missionaries to visit India in teams to have a thunder bolt on the darkness of the enemy and lead many in the light of salvation. Your regular prayers are more important. Jesus said to Peter in John 21:15-17 “ Feed my Lambs”. We believe that it is the will of our Heavenly Father to feed His Lambs. The Organization deals with organizes, help the aged and the widows, health care etc., please encourage me with your kindest reply for which God will surely reward you. Some of our Gospel Teams have been Distributing the Bible free Tracts and Booklets in the particular centers Hospitals, Educational Centers and some Remote villages of our Area.
By the Grace of God we are running a Christian Lending Library named “AGAPE” Lending Library in my Area. So many people are come and search the scriptures and saved their souls to our Lord’s kingdom through these scriptures. I will be able to succeed this program. So we request you please pray for my spiritual need and send some Bibles, Bible based material to my library purpose.
Brother, we have a good team of youth 15 members, they are all involved Tracts distributions, street preaching and they are visit to some remote villages and proclaim the God’s words and distribute the free tracts and new testaments and some Bibles. And we maintained Medicinal camps in remote villages of our area. So we request you send some free medicines and used clothes to distribute the poor people in my area. So please consider my request and arrange above my requests.

We are Save The Poor International (SPI), a Non- profit making and Non-Governmental Organization registered and based in Ghana with registration number G. 18, 462.
The above named organization has been in existence for a while and has been responsible for helping the needy such as the aged, widows, widowers, physically challenged and orphans. For the past two years, these people have been helped both physically and psychologically.
We also felt the need to feed these people spiritually with the word of God. Due to this, our organization has started buying Bibles for them, but our resources are not enough to cater for them all.

The organization has been able to enroll two hundred (200) and above needy people whom we are currently working with.

This is cool stuff. I went to Westmont College and we used to go down to Ensenada for a week during spring break and use soccer as our ministry to bring ppl together and share Jesus Christ.
